The best staff in town! Bartenders and waitstaff are so friendly. Quick service, sharp wit, made us feel very comfortable! Helpful with sightseeing suggestions. Cold beer! Just had apps so far. Definitely coming back for Fish & Chips, Bangers & Mash, or the Reuben. Just can't decide!

We dined here tonight on a whim. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The restaurant is very casual and there are some good drink selections. I chose the fish and chips while my husband ordered the Reuben and chips. My meal was delicious and my husband liked his as well. The prices were good at 10.00 a plate. We would eat there again.

Based on the review average I wasn't expecting much for a quick lunch and drinks. VERY pleasantly surprised! Hummus plate was great for our appetizer. Bangers and mash were about the best I've had - great sausage, excellent mash, and about the best cabbage ever. Drinks were average as well as the side salad, but for $11 that was a great meal. Beautiful outdoor seating. Blows away the pub food in Denton. Happy with the quick service too.

Great pub food! Corn Beef and cabbage was excellent. The cabbage was definitely made from scratch with lots of herbs.

Not a fancy place at all but the Pied Piper has a very good feel to it: dark wood, small rooms that spill over into each other and onto a railed side deck, and a very slim front porch for smokers (no smoking inside any restaurant in Eureka). There is a party about to happen or happening - all the time. People are really friendly here, maybe because almost everybody is on vacation, or working for tips, but it is nice to walk into a room where people seem far less on their guard than usual. Seems like a lot of people on here don't like the PP's food, but I do. It is a teeny bit pricey ($11 burger), but good value is given in exchange. I don't know why everything costs more in tourist towns, it just does. I took some pics of my last visit that will give a good idea of what is typical fare there and the portions and quality. Some of it IS greasy, but still delicious. It's BAR FOOD. Also: BIKERS in this century are not the violent drug crazed subculture they were in say, 1960's era California - wheeling around beating up wimps, terrorizing small towns and raping passers-by, willy-nilly. In my experience locally, 'bikers' are far more likely to be 50 year old professional types who love riding motorcycles, wearing leather and borrowing a little dangerous-yet-sexy biker cachet. I was way more scared of the gang of 60-something year old ladies from Louisiana that were tossing back shots like sailors and careening around the room like a pack of kooky banshees! (kidding) What fun : ) they, and the Pied Piper made my DIL's birthday a night to remember.

This is a great place to grab a meal and enjoy a cold one or two. It's close enough to down town to make it convenient when shopping. The burgers are seasoned well and the fires are plentiful.

Great restaurant on the main strip. Central location and easy to find. Hummus was great but portion was skimpy. Bacon burger was perfect but fries a bit over cooked. Chicken sandwich was yummy. An obvious spot to stop yet still very charming and unique. A good burger go to.

Excellent food for a good price. I had a burger with a chorizo patty that was delicious and that was something I had never had before.

Really, really good food! My wife had the Kill-a-guy burger and it was absolutely delicious! I don't remember the name of my sandwich, but it was a Reuben that, instead of kraut, had cabbage that was boiled in the corn beef juices. Literally one of the best sandwiches that I've ever had. The corned beef was incredibly tender and juicy. The rye was wonderful. The cabbage was flavorful and delicious! They also have some great local beers on tap. We were incredibly pleased with everything!

The food was great. The bartender's name was Alex and she kept all the drinks full, and everyone happy!

Guess I'm too old to appreciate the ambiance at this bar. It's loud and cramped. Staff is reasonably friendly. No Guinness on tap which would have salvaged the place. Oh well.

Good food and they let us have our dog out on the patio. Server also brought out a bowl of water without even asking. Very friendly staff too.

While I would definitely call this a biker bar, I have never once been made to feel uncomfortable. Friendly bar staff. ( Say hi to N'Orleans) Nice selection of liquor. They actually carry Stoli. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is I don't care for their food. At all. Great place for a few drinks. Nice place to people watch. But if you're hungry, go across the street to Local Flavor

Impossible to screw up a salad with sliced buffalo but it happened. Poor service, was not that busy on a Sunday at noon, several tables of bikers that were throwing down drinks rapidly but that should not have been an issue for the lousy service and food, only went here as there was an hour wait at Local Flavor.

I'm not sure what everybody is expecting here. We were in the mood for an outdoor burger and a brew. We got an outdoor burger, brew and a NICE waitress, so that ain't too bad. Good place to chill and people watch while you rest your legs for more Eureka walking. I don't know what everybody's scared of. I pulled right up in the middle of those bikers in my Prius. They didn't want none!

Great service, food was delish (especially the bangers and mash). Only reason it didn't get the fifth star was that the margaritas were a bit overpriced ($7! Ouch). Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Wow, the bikers have taken over. The bikers have taken over! PPP&I is a a very neat place in which a lot of bikers have turned it into a biker bar. But don't be scared off! Embrace it and enjoy it! It's not uncomfortable to be around; it just makes you wish you had ridden your bike over! Some mentioned the price was a bit expensive. True. However, Eureka Springs is a tourist town so therefore you will pay tourist prices. When ordering, don't be suprised. Just enjoy it, you only live once! Also the service was excellent, so I don't know what was wrong with the other people who reported otherwise. They may have been just rude, obnoxious tourists if they had been treated coldly. Don't wait to be seated, go and get a table yourself! I had the "Kill-a-Guy" burger. It is a heart attack between buns, but with an ever an increasing national health conscious mood it was nice to have something off the beaten path. That beaten path lead me to a tasty hamburger. Also I had a Sam Adams. Life is short, don't be afraid because it is a biker bar. Don't be uptight about the service or the quality of the food. Instead make it a part of the experience and just have fun!!!

Great beer and burgers. A little expensive, but good food. Friendly staff. Been here twice now, and nice place to have a meal and smoke a cigar out on the patio. Bikers haunt.

Seems like alot of the people on motorcycles stop here and have a beer and grab something to eat. Waitress here was really nice, it's not just a biker bar while we where there it was a comfortbale place to hang out. We didn't spend much time here but would come back.

Food is very greasy and way over priced. Inside is dusty and dirty . Waitresses were flirting more than giving good service. This is a Biker Bar that makes it very uncomfortable for non-bikers to eat or drink in. The Bar was dirty also and the drinks tasted watered down. Would not recommend to anyone who wants quality.

I'm very torn about this restaurant. I LOVE their burgers and soups and they are one of the few restaurants that is open late in the area, but their service is terrible. A few weeks ago I went in there with some of my friends, we waited ten minutes to be seated, so we seated ourselfves. We waited for 40 minutes to be served. Any time we saw someone who worked there pass by, we tried to get their attention, but we were ignored or brushed off. We left hungry. Last week, we went there and they got 3 out of our 4 burgers wrong. The waitress said it was becuase our make-your-own burgers were confusing, it took us forever to get out food (2 were sent to us wrong AGAIN), and we never had an apology from a manager and only a half apology from the server. The food was great, but it couldn't make up for service.

We stopped here late, primarily because it was one of the only things open. The waitress was nice and helpful. While there were several bikes outside, the place seemed pretty dead, except for a couple of overly drunk guys and some chicks doing body shots. I got a build your own burger and my husband ordered a patty melt. Smelt great when it arrived, but was soon disappointed when we began eating. I really felt like I could have drank a bottle of Crisco and it would have had the same affect. The grease soaked through the buns and literally dripped of the patty, the cheese, everything... a puddle was in my plate. I wound up taking the bacon off because it tasted funny and finally finished after eating half the burger. The waffle fries were good, similar to Chick-Fil-A... but the coke tasted watered down. When we left, there was a group on the patio smoking weed and the smoke was so thick, had I stuck around, I probably could have picked up a contact high. Husband and I felt ill all night with stomach cramps and into the next day.

Turkey Reuben! I'll say it again, Turkey reuben. This place is so adorable, fits right in with the rest of the quaintness that is Eureka Springs. Dark paneling, gorgeous paintings, friendly wait staff and satisfying food. Nothing on the menu is too out of the ordinary here, but definitely worth the visit if you're in town.
